01The Challenge
Moroccan SMEs manage workforce records, leave requests, and operational approvals across disconnected Excel spreadsheets and email threads. This operational pattern introduces compliance risks, eliminates auditability, lacks automated leave balance and holiday tracking, and fails to enforce strict approval hierarchies.
02The Solution
Architected a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform enforcing query-level data isolation across company boundaries. Built with a domain-modular backend in Laravel 11/PHP 8.4 (repository-service pattern) and a Next.js App Router frontend, the platform features an enterprise role hierarchy (Super Admin to Employee) supporting concurrent multi-role assignments, a configurable leave policy engine with custom accrual rules and holiday-aware calculations, real-time WebSocket notifications via Laravel Reverb, and a live, permission-aware organization chart dynamically synchronized with leave approval pathways.
